We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix via a mobile app update, which is currently pending approval by the app store.
Once approved, the update will be available to download, which should fix the issue for any affected users.

Investigating -
We are aware of and investigating an issue affecting some users with the video upload feature in the mobile app.
Some users are reporting error message "Upload failed: 413" for videos uploaded which exceed a certain length.
Our development team are hard at work investigating the issue.
