We released a minor update today that increased Push's direct dependency on the Sync app. The Sync app has always been a required component for customers using Push, as it handles office and valuer mappings.
Impact: Customers without Sync installed may be experiencing disruption to their Push service.
Resolution: Please ensure the Sync app is installed. Once installed, service will be restored and Push can be used as normal.
No further action is required for customers who already have Sync installed.
