The payload error affecting video recordings in the mobile app has now been resolved in the new app version 7.5.0. We previously identified the issue and implemented a fix, and users can now record videos as normal without needing to limit recordings to 30 seconds. If you’re not yet on version 7.5.0, please update the app to ensure the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience while we worked to address this.
