Some users experiencing an issue with login
Resolved - We experienced a temporary disruption in our authentication service, which caused some users to be incorrectly flagged as inactive during login. This appears to have been related to a configuration inconsistency during a routine update, which affected how account statuses were validated for a subset of requests.
The issue has since been identified and resolved, and access has been fully restored. We are continuing to review the incident to ensure this does not recur.

Resolved - An important update is gradually being phased in over the coming days - v7.5.1 of our Mobile APP is being released - This update brings improved login security in line with our web platform, a preview of our new AI Chat feature with chat history, and a smoother experience when viewing PDFs.
